Introducing the CBA’s Ambassadors
The Circular Bioeconomy Alliance is proud to announce its Ambassadors for 2026.
Our ambassadors are a group of exceptional individuals with a shared commitment to the mission and vision of the CBA. We look forward to working with them to accelerate the transition to a nature-first economy that is both powered by nature and prospers in harmony with it.

Our ambassadors are advocates and changemakers, who will represent us on the global stage, championing our work and helping to build connections and partnerships.
CBA CEO Marc Palahí said: “We are honoured to be working with such an inspiring group of people. Delivering the vision and ambition of the circular bioeconomy will not be achieved by any single organisation or sector. It requires a coalition of people – and we are deeply grateful to our Ambassadors for contributing to our work.”
Our ambassadors are:
- Fany Kuiru Castro, General Coordinator of COICA (Coordinating Body of Indigenous Organisations of the Amazon Basin)
- Alex Chantecaille, Managing Director of the Chantecaille Conservation Foundation
- Mathieu Flamini, CEO and co-founder of GFBiochemicals
- Hedda-Katrin Paisley, Executive Director, Advancement, Philanthropy & Alumni Relations at Macquarie University
- Uyunkar Domingo Peas Nampichkai, the President of the governing board and territories coordinator for the Amazon Sacred Headwaters Alliance
